Our IVIS Spectrum in-vivo imaging system can combine 2D and 3D optical tomography. It can be used to perform non-invasive longitudinal monitoring of disease progression, cell trafficking and gene expression patterns. It is able to detect bioluminescence, fluorescence as well as Cherenkov radiation across a wide variety of wavelengths (between 430 and 850 nm) and supports spectral unmixing. It has the ability to import and automatically co-register CT and MRI images.
